Responding Skillfully to Conflict - The Four Siddhis
with Resident Teacher Holly McGregor
We often cower in the face of conflict or overreact with anger. Buddhas emphasized the need for skillful and beneficial action in all circumstances, and taught four special approaches to dealing with conflict and difficulties, known as the four siddhis, or attainments. In this class we will learn about these four types of enlightened actions and receive practical advice for incorporating them into our daily life. Everyone welcome!
