Healing Meditations

10:30am-noon

NMH

In this series of 4 classes we will learn Buddhist meditations to bring happiness and healing to our minds, our lives and our world.  We will learn the renowned, ancient healing meditation known as taking and giving (in Tibetan, ton glen).  This profound yet simple method has helped people for centuries to improve their happiness, transform their suffering and even cure their diseases.

Freedom from Addiction
