Love and Relationships
Tuesdays 7-8:30pm

Sometimes being in a relationship seems like our biggest problem. Sometimes not being in a relationship seems like our biggest problem. Actually, we are in relationship with others all the time. If we can take some of Buddha's advice on love and put it into practice, our relationships can become stable, loving, harmonious and even transcendent.

Freedom From Addiction

2nd Friday of the Month 7-8:30pm

The teachings of Buddha provide a clear and simple pathway to freedom from these negative states of mind. This monthly class will explore how we can remove our addictions and live a life that is now rewarding and meaningful.
