get you started. Join any weekly General Program (GP) class at any time.
The General Program provides a basic introduction to Buddhist
teachings and meditation that is suitable for beginners. Through
these classes we can learn how to use Buddha's advice in our
daily lives to solve our problems and find the peace and happiness
we seek.

Responding Skillfully to Conflict - The Four Siddhis
with Resident Teacher Holly McGregor
We often cower in the face of conflict or overreact with anger. Buddhas emphasized the need for skillful and beneficial action in all circumstances, and taught four special approaches to dealing with conflict and difficulties, known as the four siddhis, or attainments. In this class we will learn about these four types of enlightened actions and receive practical advice for incorporating them into our daily life. All are welcome!

Training to Cultivate a Peaceful, Happy Mind
with Buddhist Teacher Linda Gonclaves
In this course we will learn special ways of thinking that will help us cultivate our positive minds of unconditional love, compassion, and wisdom. Learning how to think in a more loving way when viewing family and friends will help uncover the fountain of happiness that comes from opening our heart to others. Each class may be attended separately.
